职位信息

岗位职责: 1、带领员工认真做好餐前准备,确保质量标准; 2、正式开餐后,督导服务员认真做好服务工作并亲自参加服务工作; 3、及时跟踪、检查台面,对不合格的地方进行指正、改正; 4、及时对餐台上菜速度、情况了解,及时催菜; 5、餐后组织服务员及时清台,整理好餐厅桌椅卫生,保持餐厅整洁和环境良好; 6、督导服务员认真落实酒店与部门规章制度; 7、搞好本班组与其他班组的协调; 8、做好班组员工考勤、培训工作。 任职资格: 1、大专及以上文化程度,形象气质佳; 2、熟悉餐厅管理和服务方面的知识,具有熟练的服务技能; 3、2-3年大堂经理或店长经验, 待遇:7000-8000元/月,包吃包住。 上班时间: 每天10小时,月休3天。
