职位信息

岗位职责: 1、公司质量管理体系建立和培训工作,并对实施和保持质量管理体系适宜性和符合性进行监督; 2、负责制定公司的服务品质检查计划并落实; 3、负责统筹、检查、督促、协调下属公司的物业品质管理工作开展; 4、负责编写公司物业专业品质的培训教程和教材; 5、负责公司重大投诉的处理工作。 6、负责组织开展下属分、子公司的年度满意度调查工作。 7、汇总各分、子公司的案例并分析整理,建立公司总部物业管理案例、知识库。 任职要求: 1、全日制本科及以上学历; 2、八年以上物业服务品质管理经验或五年以上同职工作经验; 3、有较强的专业文案功底; 4、熟练操作办公自动化软件,包括但不限于熟练掌握WORD\EXCEL \PPT\SPASS等; 5、熟悉国家相关物业法律法规,熟悉培训和教材的编写工作,对物业管理、服务模式有系统的了解和实践经验; 6、熟悉ISO9000、14000、OHSAS18000管理体系标准并熟悉物业行业管理体系运行; 7、能够适应经常出差工作; 8、能承受较大的工作压力; 9、较强的自我管理能力; 10、沟通、协调能力强,工作严谨,良好的团队精神; 11、有外审员证书者优先。
